Shipping policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping within Contiguous U.S for orders above $70. Orders below will incur a flat rate delivery of $8.99.
Most of our products are stocked and shipped from our domestic warehouse in California. However, to ensure you receive your products in the quickest possible way, and depending on stock availability, we may sometimes dispatch certain products from our overseas holding warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
The same shipping policy applies to international deliveries outside of the U.S, with the exception of select items that cannot be delivered internationally:
- Silicone Art Mat
- A2 Light Pad
Please kindly note that international orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China, and any change of minds will have to be returned to the same warehouse and we kindly ask customers to cover their own return shipping.
Unfortunately we do not ship direct to customers in Southeast Asia because we have an exclusive distributor 'Bueno Blocks' for the region. S.E.A orders should be placed directly with them (or one of their retailers).
Shipping Times
For products that are in stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
If your order contains pre-order items, in-stock items will be dispatched first.
Our standard shipping times are 2-7 business days if fulfilled locally, and 7-15 business days if dispatched internationally. Express shipping is available for select areas, you will see it as an option at checkout if it is available for your address.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up-to-date. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
A re-delivery must be arranged within 5 business days in writing to us at support@mail.kingdomplayroom.com and may incur a re-delivery fee. If a re-delivery is not arranged, the parcel will be voided and no refunds will be issued in this event.
